Abstract:
[Problem] Provided are a training tool and a training-use bat which are of a simple configuration and which are able to achieve, together with swinging practice for a user, building up of muscle strength of fingers as well, in addition to strengthening of gripping force, wherein, in particular, with regard to the training bat, the training bat is provided with a configuration easily customizable to a desired training-use bat for each person. [Solution] The present invention is provided with a grip unit (2) which is fixed to the outer periphery of a shaft portion (3) which is formed in a diameter size X-α that is smaller than a desired diameter size X for the grip unit (2), and which has an elastically deformable member (4) that allows elastic deformation by gripping from the outer periphery side. The grip unit (2) is formed so that, by holding the unit with a gripping force that places a load that is a target for training for strengthening gripping force, pressure is put on the elastically deformable member (4), and therefore, the grip unit (2) is elastically shrinkable so as to become the desired diameter size X.
