Abstract:
When an auctioned article requiring transportation is submitted by a seller, a transportation public announcement processing unit (121) publicly announces transportation condition information indicating conditions regarding transportation of the auctioned article by using a communication network. A transportation bid processing unit (122) receives, from a transportation service provider by using the communication network, transportation bid price information indicating a transportation bid price which is a bid price for the transportation expense for the auctioned article. A bit notification processing unit (114) transmits bid notification information for notifying the transportation bid price to the seller by using the communication network.
