Abstract:
Provided is a transaction device for carrying out a cash withdrawal transaction on the basis of inputted transaction information. This transaction device is equipped with a transaction control unit (21) that, in the event that an inputted cash withdrawal amount exceeds a prescribed limit amount, performs a cash withdrawal process on the basis of a cash withdrawal command from a connected operator terminal (3). The transaction device is further equipped with a connection control unit that, in the event that an inputted cash withdrawal amount exceeds a prescribed limit amount, performs a connection process to the operator terminal (3), which is capable of voice and video communication. Optionally, the transaction control unit (21) may perform a cash withdrawal process on the basis of a cash withdrawal command acquired from the operator terminal (3) through the connection processing unit.
