Disclosed are a transaminase mutant and a use thereof. The amino acid sequence of the transaminase mutant is obtained by the mutation of the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and the mutation at least comprises one of the following mutation sites: position 19, position 41, position 43, position 72, position 76, position 92, position 107, position 125, position 132, position 226, position 292, position 295, position 308 and position 332; and position 19 is mutated into serine, position 41 is mutated into serine, position 43 is mutated into asparagine, and position 72 is mutated into leucine, etc.; or the amino acid sequence of the transaminase mutant has the mutation sites in the mutant amino acid sequence, and has more than 80% homology to the mutant amino acid sequence.
