Abstract:

A transaxle device (1) of a hybrid vehicle equipped with an engine (2), a first rotating electrical machine (3), and a second rotating electrical machine (4) separately transmits motive power from the engine (2) and from the first rotating electrical machine (3) to a drive wheel–side output shaft (12), and also transmits motive power from the engine (2) to the second rotating electrical machine (4). In addition, the transaxle device (1) is equipped with an input shaft (11) that is coaxially connected to the rotating shaft (2a) of the engine (2), and a switching mechanism (20A) that is disposed on at least the input shaft (11) and switches between a high gear stage (11H, 15H) and a low gear stage (11L, 15L).
