Abstract:

A transaxle device (1) of a hybrid vehicle equipped with an engine (2), a first rotating electrical machine (3), and a second rotating electrical machine (4) separately transmits motive power from the engine (2) and from the first rotating electrical machine (3) to a drive wheel–side output shaft (12) from mutually different power transmission paths, and also transmits motive power from the engine (2) to the second rotating electrical machine (4). In addition, the transaxle device (1) is equipped with an interrupting mechanism (20) that is disposed on a first power transmission path (51) from the first rotating electrical machine (3) to the output shaft (12). The interrupting mechanism (20) interrupts the transmission of motive power from the first rotating electrical machine (3).
