Abstract:
A transcatheter aortic valve replacement apparatus having a bilateral locking function, the apparatus comprising a self-expanding stent (10), a valve skirt (20), a valve leaflet (30), an elastic positioning member (40), and an outflow end release member (50); a through-hole is defined in the self-expanding stent (10), the self-expanding stent (10) is provided with an inflow end (1a) and an outflow end (1b), and the sidewall of the self-expanding stent (10) is a grid structure; the valve skirt (20) is connected to the sidewall of the through-hole; the valve leaflet (30) is connected to the inner side of the valve skirt (20), and the sidewall of the self-expanding stent (10) adjacent to the outflow end (1b) is defined by a plurality of outflow end grids (11); the elastic positioning member (40) is provided with a U-shaped portion (41) and connecting arms (42) located at two ends of the U-shaped portion (41), and the connecting arms (42) are connected to the self-expanding stent (10) or to the outflow end release member (50), forming first connection points (L1); the outflow end release member (50) is connected to the self-expanding stent (10) to form a second connection point (L2), and the two functions of positioning the self-expanding stent (10) and releasing the outflow end (1b) are separated from one another, making it so that same are independent of and do not affect one another, thus effectively ensuring the precise positioning and installation of the self-expanding stent (10).
