Abstract:
Provided a polynucleotide which can be used as a WXRE transcriptional regulatory element to increase the protein expression level of a protein expression system, and a protein expression vector or a protein expression system comprising the WXRE transcriptional regulatory element as well as the uses thereof. The use of the transcriptional regulatory element WXRE can increase the expression level of an exogenous protein greatly with biological activity unchanged.
