Abstract:
A transdermal absorption sheet and a manufacturing method for the same, the manufacturing method comprising: a stacking step, in which a multilayer film having different viscosities is formed by forming, on a support, an underlayer containing a first transdermal absorption material, and an overlayer containing a pharmaceutical agent and a second transdermal absorption material and having a lower viscosity than the underlayer; a filling step, in which a mold that has needle-shaped recesses, obtained by inverting needle-shaped protrusions, arranged in a two-dimensional array thereon is pressed into the surface of the multilayer film supported on the support, and a transdermal absorption material solution is filled into the needle-shaped recesses by flowing through the multilayer film; a solidification step in which the multilayer film is solidified while the mold is pressed into the surface of the multilayer film; and a detachment step in which the solidified multilayer film is detached from the mold.
