Abstract:
This transducer comprises: a film support part; a vibration film which is connected to the film support part and is displaceable in the film thickness direction; a base material having a counter surface facing the vibration film; and a first piezoelectric element that has a pair of electrodes and a piezoelectric film held between the electrodes and that is on the vibration film. The transducer holds pressure in a space between the base material and the vibration film so as to keep the displacement of the vibration film within a fixed range.
