Abstract:
A transducer and an imaging system. The transmission and reception of a fundamental frequency band and a harmonic wave band can be implemented in a same transduction unit by means of an array formed by coupling transduction units of different sizes, thereby increasing the fundamental frequency transmitting and receiving bandwidth, and implementing harmonic imaging at the same time. The transducer array comprises a plurality of transduction units (401) arranged in an array on a substrate (402); a diaphragm of each transduction unit comprises a structural layer (504), an upper electrode (501), a piezoelectric layer (502) and a lower electrode (503); the plurality of transduction units are divided into at least one reference subunit (701) and at least one compensation subunit (702); the aspect ratio of the reference subunit (701) is not less than the aspect ratio of the compensation subunit (702); the reference subunit (701) is used for generating resonance in the fundamental frequency band and the harmonious wave band; the compensation subunit (702) generates resonance in the fundamental frequency band or generates resonance in the fundamental frequency band and the harmonious wave band at the same time; and the resonance frequency of the compensation subunit (702) at a fundamental frequency is different from the resonance frequency of the reference subunit (701) at the fundamental frequency. Therefore, the fundamental frequency transmitting and receiving bandwidth is widened.
