Abstract:
A transducer having a piezoelectric element and a membrane body provided with a membrane support having a hollow part and a vibrating membrane displaceable in the membrane thickness direction and connected to the membrane support, the piezoelectric element being laminated on top of the vibrating membrane. The piezoelectric element includes a first laminate provided with a pair of first electrodes and a first piezoelectric membrane sandwiched between the pair of first electrodes, and a second laminate provided with a pair of second electrodes and a second piezoelectric membrane sandwiched between the pair of second electrodes and spaced apart from the first laminate.
