Abstract:
This transfer apparatus is provided with: a first table (151) having the position thereof fixed with respect to a fixed arm (131); a second table (152) having the position thereof fixed with respect to a movable arm (132); and a third table (153), which is slidably held in the arm opening/closing direction by means of the first table (151) or the second table (152) such that the third table is disposed to overlap the first table (151) and the second table (152) when the first table (151) and the second table (152) overlap each other, and that the third table is disposed to bridge between the first table (151) and the second table (152) when the first table (151) and the second table (152) are separated from each other.
