Abstract:
Provided is a transfer device that grips a container and transfers same. A grip unit comprises: a first arm unit that has a first contact part and a second contact part that come into contact with the container; and a second arm unit that can approach and move away from the first arm unit, and that has a third contact part that comes into contact with the container. The first contact part and the second contact part each have a first recessed section which is in the vertical-direction center and which is recessed in a direction of separation from the second arm unit. The third contact part has a second recessed section which is in the vertical-direction center and which is recessed in a direction of separation from the first arm unit. The vertical location of the lower end of the first recessed section and the lower end of the second recessed section are the same.
