Abstract:
Provided are a transfer device, and a rolling item detection system and method. The transfer device comprises a drive means, a rotation means (12), and a transfer means (13). The transfer means (13) makes a linear movement in an axial direction, and a gear rack drives a gear to rotate. The gear drives a rotary wheel to rotate by means of friction, such that co-rotation of an adjacent rotary wheel causes cyclic rotation of a test object (001). A detection system having the transfer device combines a linear transfer movement and rotation of a test object to realize 360-degree detection with respect to a rotating surface, a chamfer, and an end surface of the test object in a transfer process, thereby increasing detection quality and efficiency.
