In addition, a film sensor and a method for manufacturing the film sensor. In the formula, A: aromatic ring residue, heterocyclic residue; X: O, S, N-(R3); R1 to R3: H, monovalent nonmetallic atomic group; X: H, monovalent organic group; R: hydroxyl group, methoxyl group, -O-M+; M: alkali metal.
