This invention provides a co-cable transmission medium of power and communication, a transfer interface device of distribution and composition for the medium and a LAN integrating the power transmission and communication formed by said co-cable transmission medium and said transfer interface device and its method for netting it. In which, the medium includes an outer protection layer placed at the extreme, an outer insulation layer set inside of the outer protection layer, a power transmission conductor layer set inside of the outer insulation layer, an insulation layer set inside of the conductor layer, an outer shield layer set inside of the insulation layer, a safeguard layer for guaranteeing the transmission insulation and geometrical precision set inside of the outer shield layer and a communication transmission conductor at the center of the co-cable transmission medium.
