Abstract:
A transfer manipulator comprises an arm (63) and a holding portion (65) disposed at the front end of the arm. The arm is provided with a fulcrum. The arm at least can rotate around the fulcrum in a plane where the extension direction of the arm is located, the holding portion can stretch forwards and retreat backwards relative to the arm, and at least one of the arm and the holding portion can adjust the height in the direction perpendicular to the rotation direction of the arm. The transfer manipulator at least can move in three dimensions so as to be well adapted to transfer start points and transfer end points of a workpiece in different positions, and the positioning is more accurate.
