Abstract:
A first transfer mechanism (100a) of the present invention comprises: a first permanent magnet (101a); a rod-shaped first swinging member (102) that extends in a Z-axial direction and at one end of which the first permanent magnet (101a) is positioned; and two support bodies (103, 104) that support the first swinging member (102) in two locations so as to allow the same to swing, said locations differing in the Z-axial direction of the first swinging member (102), wherein the first swinging member (102), by swinging, causes the first permanent magnet (101a) to move so as to be displaced by a lesser amount than the amount of displacement that is inputted to, of the two support bodies (103, 104), the first support member (103) of the other end side.
