Abstract:
A transfer system is movably arranged between a carry-in/out station and a carry-in
station, and is provided with a transfer body for transferring a subject to be
transferred, a control section for controlling moving of the transfer body,
and an input section on a carry-in/out side at the carry-in/out station for inputting
a carry-out instruction of the subject to be transferred. In an initial status
where the subject to be transferred is not being transferred, the transfer body
is arranged at the carry-in/out station. When the carry-out instruction is
inputted to the input section in the initial status, the control section transfers
the transfer body from the carry-in/out station to the carry-in station, and
furthermore, returns the transfer body from the carry-in station to the carry-in/out
station.
