Abstract:
A transfer tool for a turbine. A through hole (210) is formed in the central position of a support plate (21), several fixing holes (211) are arranged in parallel on the two sides of the through hole (210), four screws (22) are grouped in pairs and fixedly connected into the fixing holes (211) on the two sides of the through hole (210), each screw (22) is sleeved with a cushion block (23), a fixed plate (24) is fixed to the top end of each group of two screws (22), a buffer block (25) is inserted into the inner side of each fixed plate (24), a shaft sleeve (11) of the turbine is inserted into the through hole (210), and two buffer blocks (25) abut against the outer wall of the turbine. The transfer tool is used to fix the turbine, and the turbine is vertically fixed to the tool in the axial direction, so that blades of the turbine are prevented from being abraded due to diagonal placement; and the transfer tool is simple in structure, convenient to fix, good in using effect and convenient to protect the turbine better in transit.
