Abstract:
Disclosed is a transfer-type automatic ink supply system for ink based on a flexible package, comprising: an ink storage barrel (1), wherein a temperature sensor (14) within the ink storage barrel (1) detects an ink temperature within the barrel, and generates a temperature detection signal for controlling the heating of the ink storage barrel (1) by a heating apparatus (15); an ink flexible package extrusion apparatus (2) arranged above the ink storage barrel (1), wherein the ink in a flexible package ink bag (30) is squeezed out by means of extrusion and is injected into the ink storage barrel (1); an ink pump (4), connected to the bottom of the ink storage barrel (1), is started according to an ink supply control signal and pumps the ink in the ink storage barrel (1) out of same, wherein the ink is pumped to an ink supply nozzle (6) via an ink outputting tube (5), and is injected into an ink pool (20); a nitrogen pipeline (16) connected to an inlet and charging the nitrogen into the ink storage barrel (1); an exhaust pipe (17) connected to an outlet and exhausting air within the ink storage barrel (1); a motion ink supply support (10), comprising a transverse guide rail (7), a first motion platform (8) and a platform driving electric motor, wherein the ink supply nozzle (6) is mounted on the first motion platform (8); the first motion platform (8) is driven by the platform driving electric motor to slide parallel to an ink fountain roller (21) along the transverse guide rail (7); and an ink storage sensor, for detecting a liquid height of the ink within the ink pool (20), generates an ink supply control signal, and sends same to the ink pump (4). The ink supply system is beneficial to environmentally-friendly recycling of ink packaging and can realize the injection of ink according to needs, while the ink does not easily dry up.
