A transferring apparatus for allowing a control apparatus to control, in a parallel manner, a controlled apparatus from a plurality of sites, comprising first receiver means (111) for receiving data from a first line (1); second receiver means (121) for receiving data from a second line (2); a line interface (101) for transmitting data to and receiving data from a relay line; first transmitter means (112) for transmitting data to the second line (2); first collision detector means (113) for detecting any data on the second line (2); first transmission control means (114) for controlling the transmission of data to the second line (2); second transmitter means (122) for transmitting data to the first line (1); second collision detector means (123) for detecting any data on the first line (1); and second transmission control means (124) for controlling the transmission of date to the first line (1).
