Abstract:
A transferring and clamping mechanism based on precise battery core positioning, comprising a machine frame (1), wherein a rotary bracket is rotatably arranged on the machine frame (1), and the rotary bracket is in a circular disc shape; a plurality of sleeves (12) are fixedly arranged on the edge of the rotary bracket, and the sleeves (12) are in a hollow cylindrical shape; supporting rods (13) are arranged in the sleeves (12), and the lower ends of the supporting rods (13) are connected to the machine frame (1) by means of lifting mechanisms; and the lifting mechanisms may drive the supporting rods (13) to move up and down in the sleeves (12). The present transferring and clamping mechanism may efficiently and stably transport battery cores.
