Abstract:
A transformer for ignitor having primary and secondary windings wound on a bobbin, wherein a plurality of disk-shaped partition walls projecting radially all around the periphery and forming the multiple stages of winding grooves are installed on the bobbin for winding the primary and secondary windings thereon, and cut-out parts are provided in the winding take-in parts and winding crossover parts of the partition walls, whereby a winding operation can be stabilized, breakage of winding can be prevented, wiring film can be protected, the size of the transformer can be reduced, and the wiring operation can be automated.
