Abstract:
Based on each of the residual magnetic flux values of first to third phases of a three-phase power supply (2), the pre-arc characteristics and close time variation characteristics of a three-phase breaker (3), the wire connection condition of winding on the side to which the three-phase breaker (3) of a three-phase transformer (1) is connected, and the voltage phase differences between the phases of the three-phase power supply (2), a target closing phase determination circuit (8) determines a power-on magnetic flux error in each phase every closing phase of the first phase, the power-on magnetic flux error being the maximum absolute value of the center value of a transformer magnetic flux generated in a steady state after power on.  The target closing phase determination circuit (8) also determines the target closing phase of the first phase so as to substantially minimize the maximum value of the determined power-on magnetic flux errors of the first to third phases.  A three-phase breaker controller (9) controls the three-phase breaker (3) to be closed at the timing of the target closing phase of the first phase.
