Abstract:
Disclosed are a transformer, a packaging fabrication method therefor, and an electric power meter thereof. The transformer comprises a transformer outer housing, an annular magnetic core contained in the transformer outer housing, and a secondary current line contained in the transformer outer housing and wound on the annular magnetic core. The annular magnetic core comprises an ultra-microcrystalline magnetic core. The transformer outer housing comprises an integrally arranged hard material part and soft material part; the hard material part and the soft material part jointly form an annular accommodation cavity the bottom part of which is sealed; the outer side wall is a portion of the hard material part, and the inner side wall is a portion of the soft material part; the inner side of the inner side wall is formed with a through hole used for a primary current line to pass through; a soft interference part used for abutting against and interfering with the primary current line protrudes from the inner side wall into the through hole; the soft material part is a high-temperature-resistant material, and the annular accommodation cavity is filled with the packaging material. Thus, anti-vibration and anti-leakage glue functions for the ultra-microcrystalline magnetic core transformer may be achieved.
