The present invention is provided with: a primary-side core (2a) to which a primary winding (3a) is mounted; a secondary-side core (2b) to which a secondary winding (3b) is mounted; an insulative spacer (5) which is disposed at the opposing surfaces of the primary-side core (2a) and the secondary-side core (2b); and two potential fixing parts (7a, 7b) that fix the primary-side core (2a) and the secondary-side core (2b) at different potentials.
