Abstract:
In the present invention, the length of a first coil conductor and the length of a second coil conductor can be made almost the same, and shorting between the first coil conductor and the second coil conductor can be minimized. A coil conductor (20) is provided on an insulator layer (18b) in a spiral shape that spirals toward the center while turning clockwise as seen in plan view from the z-axis direction. A lead-out conductor (21a) is connected to an end section on the external periphery side of the coil conductor (20). A coil conductor (25) is provided on an insulator layer (18c) in a spiral shape so as to advance in line with the coil conductor (20) closer to the external periphery than the coil conductor (20) as seen in plan view from the z-axis direction. A lead-out conductor (26) is connected to the end section on the external periphery side of the coil conductor (25). A part (50b) for connecting the coil conductor (25) and the lead-out conductor (26) is positioned further downstream in the clock-wise direction than a part (50a) for connecting the coil conductor (20) and the lead-out conductor (21a).
