Abstract:
The present invention relates to a transformer for transforming a power supply, being supplied from a power supplier, into a plurality of plasma outputs and providing same. The transformer comprises: a first mandrel; a second mandrel which is connected to one side of the first mandrel; an input winding which is wound around the first mandrel and receives the supply of an input power source from a power supplier; a first output winding which is wound around the upper part of a second mandrel and is for performing a first plasma output by means of a transformation by means of the input winding and an induced electromotive force; and a second output winding which is wound around the lower part of the second mandrel and is for performing a second plasma output by means of a transformation by means of the input winding and the induced electromotive force.
