The purpose of the present invention is to provide an oil-filled transformer in which upper and lower transformers have the same capacity, the transformer having a structure such that upper and lower flow passageways for insulating oil are ensured while a lower first coil is retained. The transformer of the present invention comprises a first core, a second core disposed on the first core, a first coil wound on the first core, and a second coil wound on the second core, the transformer being characterized by comprising: a first core-pressing member pinching a first surface of the first core and a second surface opposing the first surface; a second core-pressing member pinching a third surface of the second core and a fourth surface opposing the third surface; and a column which is disposed on the outside of the first coil and the second coil, and which is longer than the sum of the height of the first coil, the distance from a lower surface of the first coil to a lower surface of the first core, the height of the second coil, the height of the first core-pressing member, and the height of the second core-pressing member, wherein the first core-pressing member and the second core-pressing member are connected to the column.
