Abstract:
A transient process time information detection apparatus for a power electronic device. The apparatus comprises: an RC equivalent circuit, which is connected in parallel to an equivalent voltage source formed by a power electronic device, wherein the RC equivalent circuit is a resistor-capacitor network, and the resistor-capacitor network at least comprises one resistor and one capacitor; and a digital isolation component, which is connected to the resistor-capacitor network or connected to a branch circuit of the resistor-capacitor network, and is used for: during a switch-off transient process of the power electronic device, extracting time point information of a pulse current signal of when the capacitor is charged; and/or during a switch-on transient process of the power electronic device, extracting time point information of a pulse current signal of when the capacitor is discharged, wherein the time point information comprises a starting point moment and/or an ending point moment. By means of the apparatus, the aims of low cost, high precision and a strong anti-interference capability can be achieved.
