Abstract:
A translation device is provided with an input unit and a control unit. The input unit acquires first text data of a first language. The control unit generates second text data of a second language which is a parallel translation of the first text data. The control unit further generates first substitution data by substituting a first term of a predetermined type included in the first text data with a parameter, acquires second substitution data of the second language corresponding to the first substitution data, and generates the second text data by substituting the parameter included in the second substitution data with a second term of the second language which is a parallel translation of the first term.
