Abstract:
The present invention provides a translation method comprising: a step wherein a translation device 3 identifies a first language used by a first user and a second language used by a second user; a step wherein a first user terminal U1 used by the first user receives speech input in the first language; a step wherein the first user terminal converts the speech in the first language into text data and transmits the obtained text data to the translation device 3; a step wherein the translation device 3 converts the text data into translation data in the second language; a step wherein the translation device 3 transmits the translation data to a second user terminal used by the second user; and a step wherein the second user terminal outputs a speech in the second language into which the translation data has been converted.
