Abstract:
A transmission apparatus of the present disclosure comprises a driver, a first pre-driver, a second pre-driver and a power supply voltage generation unit. The driver comprises: a first transistor having a drain to which a first power supply voltage is supplied, a source connected to an output terminal, and a gate; and a second transistor having a drain connected to the output terminal, a source grounded and a gate. The first pre-driver, to which a second power supply voltage having a positive correlation with the first power supply voltage is supplied, drives the gate of the first transistor. The second pre-driver, to which a third power supply voltage is supplied, drives the gate of the second transistor. The power supply voltage generation unit generates the first, second and third power supply voltages.
