Abstract:
A transmission apparatus (300) transmits an analog signal to a reception apparatus (400). The reception apparatus (400) uses an auto-correlation value of the received signal to establish a timing synchronization and performs a frequency domain equalization of the received signal. In the transmission apparatus (300), an arrangement unit (301) discretely arranges the frequency components of the analog signal at equal intervals in a transmission band, and a time multiplex unit (302) time-multiplexes the analog signal with a preamble signal that is a digital signal the frequency components of which are sequentially arranged throughout the transmission band, thereby generating the transmission signal.
