Provided are a transmission belt joint structure and a related device. The transmission belt joint structure comprises: a core comprising an end portion and a neck portion smaller than the end portion; a transmission belt connected to the core; and a belt wheel comprising a core socket which comprises a belly portion and a mouth portion smaller than the belly portion, wherein the core is accommodated in the core socket, with the end portion being disposed in the belly portion, and the neck portion being disposed in the mouth portion; the end portion has a greater sectional dimension than the mouth portion; and the transmission belt extends out of the core socket from the mouth portion. According to the technical solution, the core having the expanded end portion is provided, and the belt wheel is correspondingly provided with the core socket having a belly portion larger than a mouth portion, the core and the core socket being shape-fitted, such that after the transmission belt is connected to the core, the core is directly plugged into the core socket, the transmission belt joint can then be clamped to the belt wheel, and the transmission belt can drive the belt wheel to rotate, so as to achieve transmission.
