Abstract:
A transmission controller and a vehicle having same. The transmission controller comprises a control rod (2), a gear selection swing arm (3), a gear change swing arm (4), and a rotating shaft base (1), the control rod (2) being separately connected to the gear selection swing arm (3) and the gear change swing arm (4), the control rod (2) driving the gear selection swing arm (3) and the gear change swing arm (4) to move, the rotating shaft base (1) being provided with a gear change track (11) and a gear selection track (12) that are connected to each other and arranged in an intersecting manner, the gear selection track (12) being concave towards an inner side of the rotating shaft base (1), and the control rod (2) being slidable inside the gear change track (11) and the gear selection track (12).
