Abstract:
An automatic overturn mechanism (50) and a transmission device (100) provided with the automatic overturn mechanism (50). The automatic overturn mechanism (50) is used for overturning a product on which surface treatment is to be carried out. The automatic overturn mechanism (50) comprises at least one overturn vehicle (52) and an overturn drive assembly (55). Each overturn vehicle (52) comprises a carrier (521), at least one overturn member (523) capable of being connected to the carrier (521) in an overturn manner, and a supporting frame (527) that is disposed on the overturn member (523) and that is used for mounting a product. The overturn drive assembly (55) comprises a gripper (555) capable of clamping the overturn member (523) and an overturn drive member (554) capable of driving the gripper (555) to move to drive the overturn member (523) to overturn. In the automatic overturn mechanism (50), the overturn member (523) is automatically overturned by means of the operations of the gripper (555) and the overturn drive member (554), thereby reducing manpower costs, and improving the working efficiency and the product quality.
