Abstract:
A base station (1) according to the present invention is provided with: a control unit (10) which allocates, for transmission to one or more terminals, one or more layers for each of the terminals, and determines the placement positions in a frequency domain and a time domain of a reference signal, layer by layer, on the basis of information indicating the position of the terminal and/or information indicating the state of a transmission path between the base station and the terminal; processing units (12-1 to 12-N) which, on the basis of the placement positions in the frequency domain and the time domain determined by the control unit (10) layer by layer, place the reference signal in the frequency domain and the time domain; and a precoding unit (13) and a transmission unit (14) which spatially multiplex and transmit signals in one or more layers placed by the processing units (12-1 to 12-N).
