Abstract:
Provided are a transmission device and method for early warning information. The method comprises: sharing, by vehicles, a same early warning source block to receive and send an early warning signal; obtaining, by a vehicle communication device and via a Doppler frequency shift value, a relative speed of the vehicle having the device with respect to any one of at least one other vehicle; and determining whether the relative speed reaches an early warning threshold. The present invention ensures that each vehicle can obtain an early warning source block to transmit an early warning signal, increases stability in an early warning information transmission, and ensures traffic safety.
