Abstract:
The present invention enables real-time distribution of a high-quality full 360-degree spherical image. Ultra-wide viewing angle front image and rear image that have a viewing angle of 180° or more are obtained by an imaging unit. The ultra-wide viewing angle front image and rear image are transmitted to external equipment by a transmission unit. For example, the imaging unit comprises a first imager for obtaining the ultra-wide viewing angle front image by taking a front-side image captured by a fisheye lens, and a second imager for obtaining the ultra-wide viewing angle rear image by taking a rear-side image captured by the fisheye lens, the second imager is disposed in a state of being rotated by 90° with respect to the first imager, the first imager takes the front-side image captured by the fisheye lens with parts on the upper end side and lower end side thereof missing, and the second imager takes the rear-side image captured by the fisheye lens with parts on the left end side and right end side thereof missing.
