Abstract:
The present invention enables predetermined information to be satisfactorily inserted in a media coded stream and transmitted.
Divided parts obtained by dividing predetermined information are sequentially inserted into a predetermined number of unit parts of a media coded stream after order information for reconstruction is added thereto. In this case, the predetermined information is divided such that the bit rate of the predetermined information becomes less than or equal to a predetermined bit rate. A predetermined format container including the media coded stream into which the predetermined information has been inserted is transmitted.
