Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to satisfactorily transmit tactile vibration signals in synchronization with audio signals. A transmit signal of each block comprising multiple frames is sequentially transmitted to the receiving side through a predetermined transmission channel. Audio signals corresponding to a predetermined number of channels and tactile vibration signals corresponding to the predetermined number of channels are included in the transmit signal. The tactile vibration signals may be generated on the basis of a media signal related to the audio signals. Information indicating the configuration of the audio signals corresponding to the predetermined number of channels and the tactile vibration signals corresponding to the predetermined number of channels may be added to the transmit signal.
