Abstract:
There is provided a transmission device (1) capable of changing speed of web (W) flow direction. The transmission device (1) includes: a rotatable first roller (R1) receiving a first web (W1) from the upstream; a rotatable second roller (R2) passing the fist web (W1) to the downstream; a rotatable third roller (R3) which is fixed; and a movement section (13) for moving the first and the second roller (R1, R2). The first web (W1) flows from the first roller (R1) via the third roller (R3) toward the second roller (R2) along the outer circumferential surfaces of the rollers (R1 to R3) and the first roller (R1) and the second roller (R2) are moved in the opposite directions to each other, thereby reducing the speed of the first web (W1) between the first roller (R1) and the third roller (R3) or the speed of the first web (W1) between the third roller (R3) and the second roller (R2) so as to be slower than the speed of the first web (W1) received by the first roller (R1).
