Abstract:
The present invention makes it easy to recover a flying object that has fallen to the ground. According to the present invention, a position measurement unit measures the position of the flying object in flight. An identification unit identifies the characteristics of a ground zone corresponding to the measured position. A determination unit determines transmission intervals of position information indicating the position of the flying object, the transmission intervals being determined according to the identified characteristics. A transmission unit transmits the position information at the determined transmission intervals.
