Abstract:
The present technology pertains to a transmission device, a reception device, and a data processing method, with which channel bonding can be carried out more reliably. Provided is a transmission device that generates physical layer signaling that includes first information identifying a group of frequency bands constituting channel bonding, and second information identifying frequency bands belonging to the group, and that uses a prescribed frequency band to transmit a broadcast signal, which includes the physical layer signaling and the frequency band of which is changed by a relay device.
