Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a first content-transmission unit (34) which transmits content to reception devices (5) via a broadcast network; a second content-transmission unit (46) which transmits content to the reception devices (5) via a communication network; and an access control determination unit (45) which determines whether the reception devices (5) are capable of receiving hybrid transmission. The second content-transmission unit (46) transmits content to the reception devices (5) which have been determined as being capable of receiving hybrid transmission by the access control determination unit (45).
