Abstract:

This transmission device is provided with: a data generation unit 1 which generates data symbols; a zero generation unit which generates zero symbols, which are symbols having a signal value which is the zero value; an output control unit 3 into which data symbols and zero symbols are inputted and which controls the symbols to be outputted; a fixed sequence generation unit 4 which generates fixed sequence symbols having signal values comprising a fixed sequence; a multiplexing unit 5 which divides the fixed sequence symbols and which generates pre-interpolation blocks, i.e., blocks that have not yet undergone interpolation processing, arranging the divided fixed sequence symbols, more than the symbols inputted from the output control unit 3, in the header portion and trailer portion of the pre-interpolation blocks; and a signal conversion unit 9 which subjects pre-interpolation blocks to Fourier transform processing, interpolation processing and reverse Fourier transform processing and outputs post-interpolation blocks.
