Abstract:
This transmission device (1) comprises a plurality of sliders (40), a plurality of shift members (110), a shift drum (130), a segment (160) that rotates integrally with the shift drum, and a segment pressing member (171) pressed against the outer peripheral edge of the segment (160) by a segment biasing spring (172). The transmission device is configured such that when the shift drum rotates from a second rotation angle to a first rotation angle in a second direction to change a shift stage, the rotation angle of the shift drum is temporarily held at an intermediate neutral angle by the elastic force, of at least one spring including the segment biasing spring, acting on at least one among the sliders, shift member, segment, and shift drum.
